If you don’t have an account you can register at any time by clicking on the link in the upper right hand corner of the site.  We do require you to register in order to stream videos on the site and we try to make it as painless as possible.

Once you have registered you can login with your username and password you can begin using the site.  You’ll find the login link and other account related links in the upper right corner of the site.

Please check our streaming requirements to make sure your system is compatible with our video streaming services.  It’s usually a good idea to update your browse and flash version before you start.  You should also run our bandwidth test to make sure you can stream the videos at a reasonable speed.  If your bandwidth is too low you’ll experience issues with playback.

NOTE: Your bandwidth speed can vary throughout the day. Many playing problems are caused by temporary slowdowns or “throttling” by your internet provider. It is good practice to test your download speed at different times to determine the best time to stream videos.

Before you can stream our videos online, you must have the latest versions of certain software installed on your computer. If any one of these items are out of date, you may encounter problems when trying to use our website or view our content.

We support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly — like butter! You can update your browser(s) here:

 

Mobile Requirements:

At present, we do not officially support mobile devices. Some devices may work fine, while others may not. As you can imagine, this is a complex feature which we are working on providing. Until that time, you are, of course, free to try out our service on your mobile device, but we can offer no guarantee that it is compatible in any way.

Two Ways to Watch

Memberships

You will find various membership options on the Start A Membership page.  You can find out which titles are in the membership by looking at the Browse Videos page.   In order to start a membership, add the membership to your cart and then complete checkout.

Once you have completed checkout you will have immediate access to your titles.  Once you have started a membership you can find your available titles on the browse videos page.  If you click into any title it will automatically provide you with the full version of the video.

Memberships are billed one month from your start date.  You can find your billing date by going to My Account->Memberships.  If you choose to cancel your membership you will continue to have access to your videos until your ‘month’ expires.  Unfortunately we cannot offer ‘pro-rated’ refunds at this point in time.

One at a Time

Each title in our system can be purchased individually for $12.95 for a week of access to the video.

Click on the Browse Videos item in the main menu to browse our extensive catalog.  We add new titles as they become available by their producer.  We have no control over other production company’s schedules or when they choose to make titles available.  If you have a favorite producer whose titles you don’t find on our site please feel free to recommend that they become a part of our catalog.

You can browse the catalog by choosing a primary sort option, these include browsing by Producer, Artist, Media Type, Subject Matter and Skill Level.
Once you find a title that you are interested in watching all you need to do is add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process.  Once you have completed the checkout your title will automatically be available.  You can view your title by navigating back to the title page where the full video player will be available to you.  You can also browse to ‘My Account’ -> Orders and click the title of the video in your order.  Your title will automatically expire at the end of 7 full days.
